Women's Arts Institute Africa, also known as WomenArts, is a non-profit arts service organization dedicated to increasing the visibility of women artists in all art forms. Founded in 1994 by Martha Richards, this organization has raised over $4 million and provided free networking, fundraising, and advocacy services to over half a million visitors annually for more than two decades. WomenArts believes in the power of women artists to create, connect, and change the world.
