WBW3 (Women Build Web3) is a brand that aims to provide education, opportunities, and funding to a new wave of web3 builders. They are dedicated to onboarding and retaining talented, diverse developers in web3, with the goal of at least 70% of their initial cohort transitioning into web3 full-time within a year. With a collective composed of software engineers, designers, content creators, technical writers, managers, and founders from 8 countries, 16 cities, and 9 time zones, WBW3 brings together a wide range of experiences in tech.

Their mission is to decentralize the internet and bring more diverse perspectives to web3. WBW3 actively shapes its community to be inclusive and intersectional, fostering curiosity, collaboration, courage, and leadership among women and non-binary developers. They work with web3 organizations as partners to support their members and initiatives, with the shared goal of closing gaps in diversity, equity, and inclusion in web3.
