WomenInRacing.org is a pioneering platform dedicated to elevating the presence and achievements of women in the motorsports industry. Established by a passionate motorsport enthusiast and dedicated father, the website serves as a comprehensive directory that highlights over 1,800 female racers across various racing disciplines. The initiative is rooted in encouragement and support for women pursuing their passion in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Through a rich history in motorsports, dating back to capturing iconic racing moments and events, the creator emphasizes the importance of fathers championing their daughters' ambitions. WomenInRacing.org not only provides individual pages for women competing against men but also promotes a culture of inclusivity and recognition within the racing community.

In addition to its directory services, the site features event photography and resources for aspiring female racers, all aimed at fostering a supportive environment. With a commitment to sharing experiences and inspiring future generations, WomenInRacing.org continues to be a beacon of empowerment for female motorsport enthusiasts.
