Women In Tech Sweden

Women in Tech Sweden is a nonprofit organization bringing together more than 30,000 community members and businesses committed to making technology more equal, diverse, and full of opportunity. Founded on March 8, 2014, it has grown into a major platform for women and allies across Sweden’s technology sector, hosting what it describes as the Nordics’ largest conference for women in tech. Its program includes the annual Women in Tech conference, workshops, panels, breakfast and evening meetups, and other events designed to inspire learning and meaningful connections.

The organization works with partner companies to amplify women’s voices and support mentorship, education, and career growth for aspiring female tech professionals. Community membership is free and provides updates about events, job advertisements, and opportunities to participate. Women in Tech Sweden also shares articles, reports, and podcast content, while WIT Play offers conference talks and replays for online viewing.
