About WomenLift Health
WomenLift Health is a brand that specializes in empowering mid-career women in the field of global health through their Leadership Journey program. This fully-funded, 12-month training provides a safe space for women to explore their authentic leadership, foster a sense of belonging, and enhance their voice, presence, and influence. Participants engage in immersive residencies, virtual learning touchpoints, group mentoring, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
They also work on a self-directed leadership project, supported by a community of peers and experts in the health sector. The aim of the program is to create a network of talented women leaders who can make a significant impact in their field. The program is designed to cultivate four leadership styles: Authentic, Inclusive, Strategic, and Impactful.
