The Women’s Alliance of Financial Advisors, formerly the Women’s Leadership Alliance, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by leading female financial planning professionals. It works to attract, retain, and advance women in financial advising, while promoting a more inclusive and sustainable wealth management industry. The organization brings together advisors, industry professionals, and allies in a firm-neutral community spanning 46 states and more than 100 wealth management firms and offices.
