Since 2014, this prestigious award has been presented to women who exemplify exceptional skills, experience, and accountability, serving as role models for board directors of all genders. Our mission is to promote diversity in boardrooms and shift the focus from gender and equality to highlighting individuals' competence and capabilities.

The nominees for this award are accomplished professionals with 5-10 years of experience in leadership roles within major organizations, with the potential to become successful board directors. Each year, our jury, comprising experienced board leaders, carefully selects the recipient of the award. The ceremony, attended by distinguished guests from the Danish business community, is a momentous occasion.

Previous award winners include remarkable individuals such as Malou Aamund, who received the Women's Board Award in 2023.
