About Women in Hospitality Uganda
Welcome to Women in Hospitality, a brand dedicated to empowering women in the hospitality industry. Founded by Ann Kalembe, who has over 10 years of experience in the field, this brand aims to bring about positive change for women in Uganda.
The inspiration behind Women in Hospitality came from Ann's deep concern for the challenges faced by young women in the industry, including having to offer sexual favors to advance in their careers. This forum was created to give these women a voice, support each other, and work towards a more equitable and respectful environment.
At Women in Hospitality, we believe in building each other up rather than tearing each other down. We offer a platform for women to share their experiences, find support, and advocate for change. Additionally, we provide resources and guidance to help women navigate their careers and overcome obstacles.
