Women Startup Competition is a platform dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs and their teams across Europe. Our mission is to provide a supportive ecosystem for women in the critical early years of their startups. We believe that female founders are an untapped potential of the world economy, and we strive to bridge the gap by advocating for a more gender-balanced world.

At Women Startup Competition, we run our signature program in 10 countries, engaging with and helping hundreds of female entrepreneurs. Through our events, we act as a catalyst, providing skills, visibility, and important connections. We have completed 9 years of the program, supporting over 620 female-founded early-stage startups in 15 countries.

We are proud to have created a network of individuals who share our belief in creating a better world. Our program includes European pitching competitions, local events, mentoring sessions, and a final event where the best startups from each country compete.
