About Work4ce
WORK4CE is an Erasmus+ KA2 project focusing on developing cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in the 21st century (Work 4.0). The project aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by creating interdisciplinary curricula and modules. Through innovative university-enterprise collaboration, new job-related competences for the future workplace will be cultivated.
The project's key goals include the development of eLearning modules, the implementation of a co-production approach with academic and professional experts, and the update of Master programs with relevant content. The outcomes of the project will consist of various resources such as eLearning modules, a digital portal, and professional education packages. The project involves several partner organizations from different countries, working together to enhance the employability and practical skills of graduates in an ever-evolving work environment.
