WorkBuddy

WorkBuddy is an AI-powered office workspace from Tencent Cloud, designed to help individuals and teams turn requests into completed work. Users describe a task, and the AI plans the steps, uses connected tools, creates files, and presents the process and results for review. It supports parallel work by multiple AI agents and handles tasks across research, documents, design, and development. For research, WorkBuddy can organize search paths, cross-check sources, and produce structured reports, competitor comparisons, and strategic recommendations.

The platform connects with Tencent’s office ecosystem, including workplace messaging, documents, email, meetings, and knowledge bases. WorkBuddy is available through desktop apps for Mac, Windows, and supported Linux and HarmonyOS systems, as well as mobile apps for iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS, plus a WeChat mini program. Its enterprise features include encrypted data transmission and storage, role-based permissions, and audit logs. Tencent states that WorkBuddy has ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Level 3 cybersecurity protection certifications. The service also offers product documentation, enterprise information, and hardware and ecosystem partnership options.
