Work Pilots is a Finnish brand that aims to provide low threshold work opportunities to young people and marginalized groups. Founded in 2015 by Eija Kiviranta and Jari Raitanen, Work Pilots has evolved to offer a comprehensive solution for transforming the working life and promoting inclusivity.
