About Workplace Pride
Workplace Pride is a not-for-profit foundation based in Amsterdam that is dedicated to improving the lives of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, and Queer (LGBTIQ+) individuals in workplaces worldwide. The foundation strives to create a world of inclusive workplaces where LGBTIQ+ people can fully express themselves, be valued, and lead the way for others. Workplace Pride offers a range of products and services to support organizations in achieving this goal.
These include the LGBT+ Workplace Monitor, a toolkit for creating trans-inclusive workspaces, and the UN LGBTI Standards Toolkit. Additionally, Workplace Pride conducts the Global Benchmark to measure and recognize organizations' efforts in LGBTIQ+ inclusion. They also organize conferences, symposiums, and mentorship programs to promote learning and development in this field.
