About Works For Everyone
Works For Everyone is a brand dedicated to supporting working parents in their professional journeys. Established in 2019 by Emma Mclean, a working parent herself, the brand aims to address the challenges faced by individuals who are returning to work after parental leave. Emma's personal experience of returning to work multiple times over a 14-year period inspired her to create a service that improves this transition.
She noticed a pattern of women abandoning their career ambitions and taking on more junior roles, often due to the overwhelming responsibilities of work and family. To combat this, Works For Everyone provides a care wrap approach, equipping women with new skills and helping them stay on track. By supporting employees in their return to work, Works For Everyone strives to increase the number of women in senior leadership positions.
