About Quality Airline
Skytrax, known as the Oscars of the aviation industry, is a renowned brand that presents the World Airline Awards. These awards are highly esteemed Quality accolades that serve as a benchmark for airline excellence. The World Airline Awards began in 1999 when Skytrax introduced its inaugural global airline customer satisfaction survey.
It's important to note that this survey is not limited to member airlines or a pre-selected choice of airline; any airline worldwide can be nominated. The survey is conducted at no cost to the airlines, and there are no fees associated with entering or attending the awards event. The Passenger's Choice Awards emphasize that the winning airlines are voted for by customers, with the goal of allowing customers to make their own personal choices.
Over 100 nationalities participated in the 2022-2023 survey, making it the world's largest airline passenger satisfaction survey. Skytrax covers over 325 airlines in its survey results. Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, and Emirates are some of the notable airlines that have been recognized as the best in the world by these prestigious awards
