Join us for World Breastfeeding Week 2024 as we focus on closing the gap in breastfeeding support for all. Our slogan, "Survival, Health, and Wellbeing," highlights the importance of improving breastfeeding support to reduce inequalities in society, especially during emergencies and crises.
We are targeting various actors along the Warm Chain of Breastfeeding support, including civil society organizations, governments, policymakers, health systems, workplaces, communities, and parents. Our goal is to engage these groups in closing the gap in breastfeeding disparities, with a special emphasis on vulnerable populations.
Aligned with thematic area 2 of the WBW-SDG 2030 campaign, our theme emphasizes the need for inclusive breastfeeding support. Stay tuned for #WBW2024 updates as we prepare campaign-related content and unveil our official logo. Let's work together to support breastfeeding for all and create a healthier, more equal world.
