About World Evangelical Alliance
The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) is a global brand that embraces member-bodies deeply rooted in historic biblical Christianity. With a commitment to the biblical unity of Christ's body, the Church, the WEA celebrates the diversity of practices and theological emphases while upholding the WEA Statement of Faith. Its members are dedicated to living and proclaiming the Good News of Jesus to all nations and peoples, seeking holiness, justice, and transformation at all levels of society.
The WEA consists of three types of membership: Regional & National Alliances, Affiliate Members, and Church Networks & Denominations. Regional & National Alliances are evangelical fellowships at regional and national levels, Affiliate Members are independently incorporated organizations with international ministries, and Church Networks & Denominations are located in multiple countries. The WEA is committed to serving its members and promoting the kingdom of God through gifting, community renewal, and ministries
