The World Snowboard Federation (WSF) is the premier global organization for snowboarding. Established in Prague in 2002, WSF brings together 43 national snowboard associations and event promoters worldwide. As a member of WSF, you gain access to robust support and inspiration for your snowboarding activities.

WSF aims to add value to the sport at regional and national levels by providing guidance, tools, and initiatives to promote the growth of snowboarding from the grassroots up. WSF is recognized internationally as the authority for grassroots and developmental snowboarding, with a focus on fostering the sport among children and youth. The federation actively supports popular education and the spread of snowboarding culture through informative programs and projects.

By exchanging information with members and collaborating with academic research projects, WSF aims to enhance and disseminate knowledge of Physical Education in Snowboarding. Since relocating to Innsbruck, Austria in 2017, WSF has adopted a new strategy that emphasizes grassroots involvement, youth development, and inclusivity within the snowboarding culture.
