About World Vision Nicaragua

As an international humanitarian organization, World Vision Nicaragua is dedicated to the integral development and active participation of children and youth in vulnerable situations. With over 30 years of continuous work in the country, we drive sustainable development projects in areas such as Child Protection, Food Security, Water and Sanitation, Education, and Life Skills.
Through our efforts, we have improved the quality of life for over 225,000 individuals, and our sponsorship program benefits 34,917 children in the country. Our mission is to follow Jesus Christ, serving the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice, and share the good news of the Kingdom of God. Our vision is for every child to experience life in all its fullness, and we value Christian principles, people, partnership, commitment to the poor, stewardship, sensitivity, and abiding in Christ.
