Know Your Lemons

Know Your Lemons Foundation is a nonprofit global organization focused on breast health education and early detection of breast cancer. Founded by Dr. Corrine Ellsworth Beaumont, the organization uses creative, accessible information to help people recognize breast cancer signs and symptoms, learn about self-exams, and understand screening options. Its campaign has reached an estimated 2 billion people in 45 languages, supported by more than 1,500 trained volunteers and 160 charity partners across over 75 countries.

The foundation offers the Know Your Lemons app, which provides breast health education and guidance on symptoms and screening plans. It also shares educational materials, including resources for healthcare practitioners and patient organizations, and runs programs for workplaces, educators, partners, and ambassadors. Employers can use Know Your Lemons at Work to support breast health awareness and early detection in the workplace. Individuals can get involved by volunteering, donating, fundraising, teaching, or becoming social media ambassadors. The foundation also offers sponsorship and partnership opportunities to help extend its education programs and promote early detection worldwide.
