de Wouwse Plantage Ruiters

Wouwse Plantage Ruiters is a KNHS-affiliated equestrian association in the Netherlands, welcoming riders, pony enthusiasts and carriage drivers. It brings together three official disciplines—horse riding, pony riding and driving—under one membership, with no extra association fee for joining more than one. The club is designed especially for people who train independently and want an affordable membership that enables them to take part in official KNHS competitions. Riders who are not yet competing are also welcome.

The association has no dedicated facilities, club lessons or compulsory activities, which helps keep its membership fees low. Members should note that competing also requires separate membership of the national KNHS, whose contribution is collected directly by the organisation. Discipline-specific competition passes or licences are also needed; members can apply for and manage these through their personal Mijn KNHS account. Those switching from another association may use the KNHS transfer service to move active passes. Membership applications are accepted throughout the year, and the club provides information about current fees and registration through its website.
