WRD High Tech., Ltd., also known as Bazhou City Wan-Run-Da High Tech Co., Ltd., is a Chinese manufacturer of steel pipe production and processing equipment. Established in 2001, the company is based in Bazhou and has 290 employees, including engineers and technicians, alongside a 60,000-square-meter manufacturing base and more than 100 processing machines.

Its product range includes high-frequency welded pipe mills for pipe diameters from 21.3 mm to 711 mm, hot-dipped galvanizing lines for steel pipes, small parts and structures, and direct-forming square tube mills for pipes up to 500 by 500 mm. WRD also offers API and spiral pipe mills, welded H-beam mills, slitting and cut-to-length lines, cold roll-forming machines, cut-off machines and spare parts.

The company provides complete steel mill projects, including engineering, manufacturing and installation. It reports completing more than 500 steel pipe mill projects in over 20 countries, with installations and projects across Asia, the Middle East, South America and Europe.
