Write Now Columbus is a community resource for writers and readers across Central Ohio, growing since 2003. Its website brings together information about the region’s literary life, helping visitors discover author events, readings, workshops, book signings, and other activities. A regularly updated calendar features events hosted by libraries, bookstores, universities, literary organizations, and community venues. Readers can also subscribe to receive the monthly calendar and newsletter, which shares updates, opportunities, and giveaways, including tickets to Thurber House events.

For writers, Write Now Columbus provides listings for writing groups and events, along with author resources and connections to local literary partners. The site also publishes a blog and invites writers to inquire about being featured. Its programming and community listings span a wide range of interests, from writing circles and poetry workshops to author talks, book releases, and literary festivals. Write Now Columbus supports opportunities to connect with Ohio authors, including its Ohio Authors Book Fair.
