Water Stewardship Indonesia (WSI) is a registered foundation dedicated to promoting sustainable water management and shared water security in Indonesia. Their vision is to become a center of water stewardship knowledge and excellence, while their mission is to build knowledge, promote adoption, and facilitate the implementation of water stewardship principles. Water stewardship involves working collaboratively with water users to achieve common goals for equitable, sustainable, and economically beneficial water use.

WSI follows the International Water Stewardship Standard (AWS Standard), which has been independently evaluated and recognized for its effectiveness and credibility. WSI actively encourages users and managers of water resources to participate in preserving and caring for Indonesia's water resources. They offer various services, including training, news updates, resources, and certification requirements.

Through their Theory of Change approach, WSI plans to create social change and develop strategic partnerships to achieve their goals.
