WSCTS

WSCTS is a cloud-based management system designed for therapeutic communities, bringing essential operational and therapeutic information together in one platform. It helps institutions replace spreadsheets and scattered paperwork with organized records, clearer processes, and data-informed management. The system supports resident registration, assessments and screenings, medication and document records, professional progress notes, activities, visits, incidents, discharge information, and post-discharge follow-up.

Teams can create and monitor an individualized PAS (Plano de Atendimento Singular), with goals, interventions, referrals, and progress tracking. A dedicated 12 Steps program module offers step-by-step assessments, professional decisions, progress indicators, and guidance for staff. WSCTS also provides configurable documents, schedules, attendance lists, reports, and management indicators covering areas such as occupancy, admissions, discharges, and services.

Designed for multidisciplinary teams and accessible on computers, tablets, and phones, the platform includes user permissions, cloud access, HTTPS, backups, initial team training, and ongoing support.
