Wassersportfreunde 31 Köln e.V. is a community-focused paddling club based in Cologne-Rodenkirchen, offering opportunities to enjoy canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding on the Rhine and in the surrounding area. The club welcomes beginners, experienced paddlers, adults, young people, and families, with an emphasis on enjoyment and participation rather than competition.

Activities include canoe training, relaxed after-work paddles, longer outings, SUP sessions, and group trips. Members can also take part in club events and social activities on and off the water. For newcomers, the club offers up to two trial training sessions without requiring immediate membership. Each session lasts about an hour and includes an introduction and guidance from trainers. Canoes, paddles, life jackets, and spray decks are provided, and changing rooms and showers are available on site. Participants should bring clothing and footwear that can get wet.

The club also shares information on training times, tours, paddling conditions, and club news, helping members plan their activities and stay connected.
