About Winston-Salem Fdn.
Winston-Salem Foundation, established in 1919, is the 16th oldest community foundation in the United States and the first of its kind in North Carolina. For over a century, Winston-Salem Foundation has been dedicated to improving the quality of life in Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, and beyond, through partnerships with individuals and organizations. Their offerings include community investment through proactive and responsive grantmaking, building strong partnerships to strengthen Forsyth County.
They also provide philanthropic services, collaborating with generous community members to make impactful and lasting gifts locally and beyond. The foundation supports local students in their pursuit of higher education by providing scholarships.
