WSV Stahl

WSV Stahl Beetzsee Brandenburg e. V. is a family-friendly water sports and recreation club based beside the Beetzsee in Brandenburg an der Havel, near the city’s regatta course. Drawing on a long sporting tradition, the club brings members together for canoe racing, canoe touring and dragon boating. Its youth and adult athletes train and compete, while the club also offers tenpin billiards in competition, motorboat activities, and strength training and boxing facilities. Social events, games nights and football tournaments help connect members across its different departments.

Visitors and groups can also book selected facilities and activities. The club rents 20-person dragon boats with a qualified helmsperson for hourly training sessions or longer training camps and competitions. Private functions, including birthdays and company events, can be hosted in its harbour pub, which has a bar, kitchen, toilets, terrace and grill, or in a club room overlooking the lake. Waterway travellers may arrange to pitch a tent for a few nights.
