Wu-Saar

Wu-Saar offers instruction in Wu Tai Chi Chuan, following the principles of Ma Jiangbao. Based near the scenic Saarschleife in Germany’s Saarland, the practice welcomes participants from the surrounding region, including Mettlach, Saarlouis and Merzig. Its approach combines Tai Chi’s physical practice with attention to mental well-being, supporting movement, balance, flexibility and inner calm.

Wu-Saar provides group classes, private instruction, workshops and seminars, as well as opportunities to arrange a trial session. The instructor also teaches through community partnerships, including classes with Turnverein Orscholz and a beginner course offered with VHS Merzig-Wadern. These options make it possible for newcomers and continuing students to explore the practice in different settings.

The school introduces Tai Chi Chuan as both a tradition with roots in Chinese martial arts and a practice that can encourage holistic well-being. Wu-Saar invites people to learn together, build confidence in their movement and experience the sense of community that develops through regular practice.
