Wudang Brno

Wudang Brno offers tai chi, qigong and kung fu classes in Brno, drawing on traditional practices associated with the Wudang Mountains. Its sessions welcome beginners and focus on mindful movement, health, relaxation and inner balance. Regular group lessons take place at several central Brno locations during the week, with classes covering qigong, tai chi and kung fu. Seasonal outdoor practice is also held in Lužánky Park from June to September, alongside weekend sessions, planned events and seminars.

The programme presents tai chi as a flowing practice coordinated with the breath, qigong as simple repeated movements or static meditation, and kung fu as more dynamic exercise incorporating movement and stretching. The organisation also offers individual lessons, lectures, corporate team-building events and instructor training. Its wider activities include the Bai Ma Shan Centre and a study platform for registered participants. Wudang Brno’s approach brings together physical practice and focused attention, with the aim of supporting vitality, mobility and mental calm. New participants can join ongoing courses, subject to available places.
