Würfelpech

Würfelpech is a hobby project and German-language blog dedicated to pen-and-paper role-playing games. It offers ideas for gaming groups, along with practical advice for playing and game mastering. Rather than focusing only on dice, character creation, or combat, the blog explores how to make tabletop role-playing more engaging and meaningful for everyone at the table.

Its articles cover topics such as creating a sense of horror in a game, using language to help players immerse themselves in a fictional world, and bringing pen-and-paper role-playing into educational settings. The site also features an interview with Dominik Rehermann, founder of Epic Education, about his work introducing role-playing games in schools. Würfelpech welcomes potential guest contributions, giving readers the opportunity to share their own ideas and experience with the community. Overall, it serves as an independent resource for players and game masters seeking inspiration, thoughtful discussion, and useful techniques for their role-playing sessions.
