The Warsaw Voivodeship Horse Breeders Association (WZHK in Warsaw) is an organization serving horse breeders in the Warsaw region. Its official website provides information about the association, its statutes and structure, relevant regulations, and updates on breeding activities and events. WZHK supports horse breeding through access to breeding programmes, conservation programmes for native breeds, stallion qualifications, mare training stations, and insemination information. The site also provides information about genetic verification of horse parentage, the breeding fund, and a directory of PZHK veterinarians.
Breeders can consult the PZHK horse database and information on the Polish horse market, as well as guidance on changing a horse’s ownership. The association makes application forms, documents, fee schedules, regulations, results, and a list of stallions available online. For reporting the birth of a horse to obtain a passport, visitors are directed to submit the report through IRZplus. WZHK also publishes an event calendar and photo gallery. Its office is located in Marki and is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
