X-Solid Sport Lab

ASD X-Solid Sport Lab is an amateur sports association founded in 2016 to promote sport, training and the value of spending time together. Based in Rome, it has grown from a small group of friends into a community of athletes with different experience levels, united by a shared enthusiasm for sport and mutual support.

The association welcomes experienced athletes, regular sports enthusiasts and people curious about running. Members can join a team environment built around shared goals, encouragement and healthy challenge. X-Solid Sport Lab offers access to national competitions in road running, track and trail running, with certified instructors available to support members’ preparation. Its training activities also include functional fitness and Stand Up Paddle (SUP), reflecting the varied sporting interests of its founding group.

Membership is presented as more than registration: it provides a connection to a community of people who share a passion for sport, as well as access to training guidance.
