X Down Suspension

X Down Suspension is a specialist bicycle workshop based in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, France, led by professional suspension preparer and mechanic Matthieu Papazian. Drawing on his riding experience and mechanical expertise, the workshop services, repairs, and tunes suspensions for mountain bikes and electric motorcycles, including Sur-Ron models. Its work covers all brands and models, with services for recreational riders, enthusiasts, and competitors.

X Down offers two core services: suspension preparation to refine settings and improve riding performance, and complete fork and shock servicing. Preparation may include improving hydraulic flow and progression, reducing friction, and modifying hydraulic cartridges. Revisions include full disassembly and cleaning, seal replacement, setting checks, lubrication, oil changes, and nitrogen charging for shocks. The workshop also provides general bike maintenance and repairs, custom builds, complete bike optimization, stanchion scratch repair, and Proimpact and Supermousse inserts. Customers can send components by parcel using the workshop’s shipping procedure; typical turnaround is seven to fifteen days. Service work carries a three-month warranty, excluding wear parts, subject to the stated conditions.
