Our platform facilitates interdisciplinary networking and collaboration among members to strengthen the role of women in the energy sector and other industries.

Our mission is to empower women and promote their visibility in the energy transition while advocating for sustainable development principles at the local, national, and international levels. We envision a sustainable economy and society where both men and women contribute equally to economic sustainability. Our goals include providing support to women in the private and public sectors involved in the energy transition through networking, mentoring, consultancy, and education, thereby strengthening their influence and visibility in the economy and society.

We also strive to accelerate the energy transition by promoting greater inclusion of women at all levels of sustainable business. XEnergy supports the EU's Fit for 55 Green Transition Plan and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our values include sustainability, gender equality, expertise, and teamwork.
