Xenmark is a browser-based platform for structured PDF drawing reviews, helping teams gather feedback, track comments and produce clear deliverables without relying on scattered emails or manually assembled spreadsheets. It serves owners, building managers, asset operators, technical consultants, engineering firms and other teams that review technical drawings, from house plans to ship blocks and plant layouts.

Users can upload drawings, invite reviewers and place numbered comments, pins, callouts, shapes and measurements directly on PDFs. Threaded replies, image attachments, mentions and status tracking keep feedback organized. When a new drawing revision is uploaded, comments remain associated with the revision they concern, while an activity log records project actions with timestamps and authors.

Xenmark exports a comment plan PDF and a matching Excel comment list, with consistent numbering for each item. Projects can also be archived with their deliverables, attachments and activity log. The service offers project-based access and lets invited reviewers participate for free.
