About Xertone

Xertone’s most-requested product, TeamsPIM, brings Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management workflows into Microsoft Teams. It enables eligible users to request and activate roles from a Teams dashboard, while approvers can review requests and approve or deny them through Teams Adaptive Cards. The service works alongside existing Entra PIM policies, preserves access to the Azure portal, and provides audit logging. Role and activation data is queried live through Microsoft Graph rather than stored in Xertone systems; temporary card state and subscription configuration are retained on Azure-hosted infrastructure.
TeamsPIM is available as a Teams app, with guided deployments offered, and includes a one-month free trial with deployment support, onboarding, and a success review.
