Xingfu Navigation is a Chinese-language website directory that organizes links to online resources into themed sections. Its stated purpose is to help visitors discover websites and access them quickly, with listings added without review and links updated daily. The homepage features recommendations and extensive directories covering adult-oriented video and dating sites, as well as general navigation services, lottery-related sites, comics and novels, and online applications.

The applications section includes tools such as VPN services, video and file utilities, image hosting, search tools, network diagnostics, and cryptocurrency information services. The site also invites website submissions and provides contact information for removal requests. Its listings are largely third-party links rather than services described as being operated directly by the directory, and the site says its resources are collected from the internet for learning and reference.

The homepage includes sexually explicit listings, including disturbing material involving minors; visitors should exercise particular caution, and the site’s unreviewed submission policy means links may not be safe or appropriate
