In addition to biodeepMSMS, he develops the BioDeep cloud platform, which facilitates online processing of raw metabolomics data with features for fast metabolite identification and multivariate statistical analysis. Furthermore, Xieguigang has contributed to the establishment of a unified database for non-targeted metabolomics analysis, enhancing the reliability of data in the field.
