XKCDB

XKCDB, the #xkcd Quote Database, is a dedicated platform for fans of the popular webcomic xkcd, designed to share and explore the humor and insight from its memorable quotes. Established on December 15, 2006, the site has evolved significantly, initially founded on a makeshift quote management system and later redesigned to enhance user experience and security. Today, XKCDB features an intuitive interface that allows users to submit quotes, view trending ones, and even vote on their favorites using an innovative Bayesian scoring system.

Maintained by a passionate community and spearheaded by relsqui, the database combines contributions from various collaborators who enhance its functionality and design. The site also humorously embraces seasonal changes, like the playful "Banana Mode" introduced on April Fools' Day. Although its underlying code remains unpublished, XKCDB continues to thrive as a charming repository of wit and wisdom, celebrating the rich tapestry of xkcd's humor and its impact on fans.
