Торт·Рейтинг МСК — независимый editorial rating project comparing 20 Moscow confectioneries that make cakes to order. Its September 2026 guide evaluates businesses using seven published criteria, including reputation, delivery, product range, customization, transparency, service, and website quality. The site presents a ranked shortlist and detailed company profiles, alongside pricing information, delivery coverage, customer review summaries, ordering guidance, and a cake-cost calculator.

It also organizes recommendations into specialist indices for bento cakes, corporate orders, wedding cakes, children’s cakes, mousse cakes, and dietary options such as sugar-free, vegan, and diabetic-friendly products. These categories consider needs such as portion size, event customization, food information, and temperature-controlled delivery. The project says its rankings rely on public information and a consistent scoring formula, with figures checked against open sources.

Its purpose is to help customers compare providers and choose a suitable confectionery for different occasions and requirements. The guide is prepared by the editorial team of “Про рейтинг” and is presented as an independent comparison, not as a confectionery business
