Health Dictation is a public health education initiative developed by the Novosibirsk Research Institute of Hygiene of Rospotrebnadzor. The campaign aims to raise awareness of everyday personal hygiene and practical measures for preventing dental caries and infectious diseases spread through contact. It provides educational materials prepared by the institute with social partners, helping participants build and reinforce knowledge about personal and oral hygiene.

The initiative also offers online quizzes on health topics. Its third track, running from September 15 to October 6, focuses on using digital devices responsibly. Participants learn about protecting their eyes from screen exposure, preventing “text neck,” choosing appropriate screen time for children and adults, and reducing excessive social media use. After completing the test, they receive expert explanations of their answers and a personalized certificate confirming participation. The website guides users through registration, the quiz, and certificate retrieval, and encourages participants to share their certificates on social media. The campaign is part of the Sanprosveshchenie project and is supported by regional and social partners.
