Цифровой Кооператив is an open-code platform for managing cooperatives and supporting collaboration across a cooperative economy. It provides online tools for member registration, council decisions, member meetings, payments, recordkeeping, and communication between cooperatives. The system generates legally significant PDF documents as participants complete actions, and supports electronic signatures with signing keys kept on users’ devices.

Its core features include registers for members, payments, documents, and wallets; digital accounts for tracking contributions, refunds, and balances; and payment acceptance through ЮKassa or bank transfers using QR codes. Smart-contract workflows guide processes such as joining a cooperative, voting, ordering, and issuing refunds. A blockchain records cryptographic document hashes and evidence of actions, while private documents remain in the cooperative’s own records.

Cooperatives can extend the platform with catalogue applications. Available options include tools for tracking contributions to intellectual-property projects and a cooperative ordering service with payment safeguards and delivery records. Applications for cooperative housing queues and shared-property use are in development.
