Mama Entrepreneur is a free federal program that helps women with children develop business ideas and take practical steps toward launching or growing a business. It is designed for mothers, pregnant women, and women on parental leave, including those without a registered business, self-employed participants, and owners of businesses registered within the eligible period. The program combines a five-day, 40-hour in-person intensive with expert guidance on entrepreneurship and business management.

Participants refine a business plan, present their project to a regional commission, and may compete for a place in the federal stage. Regional winners can receive 150,000 rubles to develop their businesses, while federal finalists compete for cash prizes of up to 1,000,000 rubles, along with partner gifts. The 2026 regional sessions are scheduled across participating Russian regions from May to September, followed by federal selection in October and a Moscow stage planned for November–December.
