Gestüt an der Hainleite

Gestüt an der Hainleite is a small equestrian stud located in northern Thuringia, near the Hainleite. The farm has been closely associated with Shagya-Arabian and Anglo-Arabian horses for several decades and has bred its own horses for more than 20 years. Its breeding programme includes Anglo-Arabians, Shagya-Arabians and German Edelblut, also known as Arabian Partbred horses. The website features individual horses from these groups, including breeding stock and offspring.

Alongside horse breeding, Gestüt an der Hainleite offers horses for sale and a riding school. Its services also include horse rearing, boarding and care for horses in their later years. The stud hosts events and has a broader farm setting that includes donkeys, goats and cows. Visitors can explore information about the farm, its horses and activities, or contact the team directly. With its long-standing focus on Arabian-influenced breeds and a range of horse-related services, the stud brings breeding, riding and ongoing horse care together in one small rural operation.
