Slægten – mine aner is a personal genealogy website documenting the author’s maternal and paternal family histories, with roots primarily in Vejle and older connections across Ribe, Ringkøbing, Haderslev and Aarhus counties in Denmark. The site presents family trees, research notes and historical records, including scanned parish-register pages and, in some cases, transcriptions linked to individual ancestors.

The maternal family tree follows the Kringelum and Sønderskov Madsen lines. It describes how the Kringelum surname was adopted in 1916 and traces the Sønderskov name to a farm on Venø. The paternal tree covers the Jensen and Boysen, also spelled Bojsen, families, with origins in several Danish towns and parishes. A third tree, “Leons aner,” is maintained through MyHeritage and brings together the two family lines with additional research.

The website also offers genealogy links, a gallery, contact information and an opportunity for relatives to request login access to private family-tree details. Visitors can send corrections or report errors in the research.
