OMSORGSBEVÆGELSEN is a Danish care movement working toward a society where mental, physical and social health and well-being are shared responsibilities. Its guiding belief is that no one can do everything alone, but people can achieve more together. The organization promotes compassionate care, safety and stronger communities, with support intended for people of all ages and circumstances, including children, young people, older adults, vulnerable groups and their relatives.

Through projects and partnerships, OMSORGSBEVÆGELSEN develops initiatives to prevent loneliness and distress, improve access to support, and make everyday life healthier and more secure. Its work includes digital tools that support health and safety, public information and education, community-building and preventive activities, as well as events and campaigns focused on well-being. The movement collaborates with NGOs, municipalities, professionals and researchers to create practical, sustainable solutions.

People can support its work by becoming members; the website states that membership costs 200 Danish kroner per year. Contributions help fund initiatives that foster connection, provide timely care and promote a more caring society in Denmark.
