Die Pflegefüchse is a provider of ambulatory care and senior support serving Hennigsdorf, Glienicke and the surrounding area in northern Germany. Its approach puts people first, with care and assistance tailored to each person’s needs, routines and wishes. The team supports clients in familiar home settings, aiming to help them maintain independence and dignity while also easing the burden on relatives.

Services include home care, everyday and senior support, household assistance, and advice on care-related questions. The Pflegefüchse can help clients understand care grades, apply for them, prepare for assessments, and communicate with care funds or authorities. Household support includes light cleaning, tidying and laundry; the organization notes that it does not provide intensive, specialist or commercial cleaning. Services are discussed individually, and eligible care may be billed to care funds. The team arranges an initial conversation to understand needs and develop a flexible support plan. In Glienicke, the organization also hosts a free weekly meeting café on Wednesdays, offering a place for conversation and social activities; refreshments are available for purchase.
