Søvnhuset

Søvnhuset is a child sleep guidance service founded by Anne Bjerre, a trained nurse and health visitor who is also a certified sleep consultant. It supports parents of children aged 0–15 who are dealing with challenging bedtimes, frequent or early waking, or a child who needs substantial help to fall asleep. The service aims to help families understand their child’s sleep and find practical tools for a calmer, more sustainable routine.

Guidance is tailored to each family and is available online or through home visits in central and eastern Jutland. The process includes a personalised sleep plan and support in considering everyday routines and factors affecting sleep. Søvnhuset also offers follow-up conversations for questions or continued guidance.

Current services listed include online sleep guidance for DKK 1,895, home visits for DKK 2,695, and follow-up consultations for DKK 495. Søvnhuset recognises that sleep difficulties can affect both children and family life, and presents its guidance as supportive rather than a judgment of parents
