Øygarden Karateklubb is a karate club focused on creating a welcoming environment for enjoyment, presence and personal achievement. It offers all-round karate training for girls and boys, women and men aged 8 to 70, whether they want to improve their fitness, learn self-defence or develop new skills. The club describes karate as a physical and mental activity that can support fitness and self-confidence while building abilities such as speed, flexibility, strength, coordination, timing, technique and tactical awareness.

Training combines individual progress with a social group experience, as members practise alongside one another. The club also highlights the opportunity for parents and children to share an interest and spend time together through training. New members can join throughout the season, and the club invites prospective participants to try training free for 14 days. Its website provides information including the timetable, club rules, equipment, events, annual calendar, membership and board contacts. Øygarden Karateklubb shares updates on Facebook and Instagram and can be contacted by email or phone for enquiries.
